Weetabix Biscuits

Ingredients:
• 4 Weetabix Biscuit ,crushed
• 10 tablespoons oats
• 110gms whole meal flour
• 100gms brown sugar
• 5 tablespoons chocolate bits
• 10 table spoons dried apricots- diced
• 3 table spoons margarine
• 2 tablespoon golden syrup
• 1 tablespoon bicarbonate of soda
• 60ml boiling water

Preparation:
1. Mix together weetabix,oats,flour,sugar,chocolate bits and apricot, until well combined
2. Heat margarine and golden syrup until melted
3. Mix water and bicarbonate of soda together, and then pour into the margarine mixture. Add to dry ingredients and stir well to combine
4. Place tablespoons of mixture onto a grease baking tray. Bake at 100c for 15-20 minutes.

Weetabix Fruit Loaf

Ingredients
• 2 weetabix Biscuits
• ¼ cup sugar
• ¼ cup Sultanas
• 1 cup self-rising flour
• 1 cup Milk

Preparation
1. Crush the Weetabix into fine Crumbs
2. Add sugar, fruit and flour
3. Add milk and mix well
4. Pour into greased lined loaf tin
5. Bake at Gas Mark 4/350F for 60 to 70 minutes
6. Remove from oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes
7. When cold store in an airtight tin.
